What Will My Home Look Like?
Cold-formed steel (CFS) is used to construct the load-bearing structures, followed by various layers of insulating materials. Space is left between the structure and the internal wall of the house for the passage of utilities.
For the interiors, after the installation of utilities, additional coverings are provided to ensure maximum comfort. For the exteriors, after the installation of insulating layers, the final finishes you have chosen will be applied.
The external appearance can therefore take on various forms: plaster, stone, wood, sheet metal profiles, and bricks.

Integrated Design
The Light Steel Frame (LSF) construction system stands out for the configuration of the load-bearing structural core in cold-formed steel (CFS) profiles. The choice of this material enables precision in the design phase, which can take into account all aspects and components of a building: from choices of acoustic and thermal insulation to building services.
The building is therefore conceived and defined around the client's choices and developed using the most advanced modeling software to achieve - already in this initial phase - the complete identification of all aspects necessary for the realization of the project.

Production and Assembly
Through state-of-the-art machinery and experienced personnel, we can ensure the highest level of quality and fidelity to the construction project. The entire structure is produced in-house starting from the galvanized steel coil and pre-assembled in the factory - according to construction requirements.
The profiling phase, pre-assembly, storage, and organization of transportation are the cornerstone elements of the factory production process and, as one might expect, of the correct execution of the product. All structures produced by RevoSteel Building are certified according to the UNI EN 1090 directive.

On-Site Assembly
The system is pre-assembled at the production site to ensure greater quality of the product and to reduce construction times and costs. The components are then transferred to the construction site for final installation, ensuring professional transportation and quick and clean installation.
