The process of building a home with RevoSteel Building essentially consists of 5 stages.

Architectural Design
In this phase, the shape of the project is defined by bringing the ideas, desires, and needs of the clients to life, whether starting from a structure already conceived by your trusted professional or by directly assisting you with our team of technical designers.
We will welcome customization requests, offering genuine consultancy on the range of construction solutions that the CFS (Cold Formed Steel) technology allows, shaping through contextualized renderings.

Structural Design
Once the project is defined, the RevoSteel Team will proceed with the design of the CFS structure: this phase is crucial to achieve the benefits of CFS construction, precision, and speed.
Using professional software, professionals can validate construction standards, and production can shape the house by building the individual parts that make up the frame of the structure.

Production
RevoSteel Building's production is carried out at our San Giorgio Piacentino manufacturing site with Arkitech machinery, a leading brand in the production of roll forming machines for CFS, and integrated procedures certified according to the standards for the production of cold-formed steel.
Each component is profiled, progressively identified, and assembled into its structural components immediately after profiling, to be ready for transfer to the construction site and assembly in the shortest possible time.

Assembly
The RevoSteel Building system provides for pre-assembly - when possible - at the manufacturing site, to ensure higher quality of the product and to reduce construction times and costs.
The components are then transferred to the construction site for the final installation, ensuring professional transport and a quick, clean installation. Thus, the RevoSteel Building system aims to eliminate the lengthy construction phases and disorder at the construction site.

Walls and Finishes
Immediately after assembly, the process moves on to roofing and wall closures to ensure, with differentiated stratigraphies, thermal and acoustic insulation, and quickly proceed to the systems and internal and external finishes.

Sustainability & the 4Rs of the Circular Economy
01 Reduce
A Steelconchiglia® property weighs about 8 times less than a reinforced concrete building, 3 times less than a wooden one, and does not use water in the construction process; moreover, the industrialization of the product leads to a significant reduction in material waste.
The Steelconchiglia®, born from the combination of CFS with high-performance building envelopes, reduces the energy consumption for air conditioning and the management of the property.
02 Reuse
When a Steelconchiglia® property reaches the end of its utility, instead of being demolished and sent to a landfill, its structural components and building envelope can simply be removed or dismantled and reused elsewhere, further extending the product's lifecycle. This is possible because it is assembled with screws and not glued like wood or "hardened" with chemical reactions like concrete.
03 Recycle
The CFS steel used in the production of Steelconchiglia® is not consumed and is the only material that is truly 100% recyclable because when CFS is recycled, there is no downgrading. The CFS steel recycling system is a true closed loop. It is recycled and reused without any loss of quality. This is in contrast to wood, where the "waste" portion equals 20% and the remaining part is turned into "secondary" raw material (chipboard, wood pulp, etc.), and concrete, which is only recyclable at 10-15%.
04 Recovery
Thanks to the inherent durability of the Steelconchiglia®, made of CFS steel and materials of mineral and natural origin, it requires little maintenance over time and is also suitable for regeneration and restoration to the same "as new" condition as when it left the production site.

For the windows and doors, we have selected reference partners, although, during the design phase, we can adopt the solutions preferred by the professional.

RevoSteel's primary ambition is the construction of NZEB buildings. CFS technology ensures easy achievement of the A energy class and with minimal effort, A4.

Exterior Finishes
We all know how important it is for a home, besides being technologically advanced, to also represent the very idea of a home for both the designer and the client.
The RevoSteel system ensures the possibility of the widest range of exterior finishes, from plaster to wood.
Main Applications
Constructions
CFS structures express their maximum potential in new residential constructions, ensuring a wide range of implementation and customization solutions while maintaining an energy class in line with current regulations. CFS structures are particularly suitable for hospitality structures or subdivisions of areas where predefined modular solutions are offered to clients.
Overlays
The reduced weight of the CFS structure allows for flexibility in use and expands the possibilities of adding overlays to existing buildings without the need to proceed with structural reinforcements of the building itself.
Compartments
The modularity and possibilities for architectural customization allow the use of CFS for modern compartmentalization of existing buildings, whether they are offices or residential buildings.
